my account updated to: "Card was mailed to me" on Monday, the 4th, and no other updates since then.

GC produced on 22nd and approved on 23rd. husband received his GC in mail but I haven’t. Has been stuck on approved for nearly 2 weeks and no sign of GC. what can I do?
