I-130 Interview scheduled

My husband applied for i130 for me and I included my daughter who is 7 as a derivative applicant. My interview notice doesn't say anything about bringing her to the interview but should she an still go with my husband and I to the interview? Does any one know if her green will be given automatically once mine is given??? HELP!!!

Hello guys is there any same case as ours? We approved october 1,2021,and when it be possible for us to get the case number from th NVC?

OPT EAD approved

My initial OPT application was rejected by USCIS as they believed that the application was incomplete. USCIS returned the incomplete package through USPS without informing me that my application has been rejected, and USPS lost the package in-transit. Since I didn't receive the receipt notice, I kept reaching out to USCIS for an update, but USCIS only answered to my calls 8 weeks after my application was rejected. In the mean time I had no idea that application was returned as USPS misplaced the package in-transit. I lost almost 8-10 weeks in this, luckily my second application was approved in 37 days.

Bios today and approved the same day!

I HAD MY BIOS DONE THIS MORNING. THEN USCIS CHANGED MY STATUS TO: CASE IS BEING ACTIVELY REVIEWED..... AS IM GETTING READY FOR BED I CHECKED ONE MORE TIME (im really nervous lol) AND IT CHANGED TO: CARD IS BEING PRODUCED...... IS THIS EVEN REAL??? I NEVER EXPECTED TO RECEIVE MY EAD SO SOON. IM SOOOOOO HAPPY 🙌🏻 ptl (I HOPE IT DOESNT TAKE MONTHS TO RECEIVE IT) I-765

EAD Card finally in production

PD March 1st 2021. My EAD card finally approved after 8 months. Multiple expedite requests ignored. AOS still stuck on case ready to be scheduled. The wait is over. Keep the faith!

Social security card

I received my new social security card but it still says valid for work with DHS authorization, same as the one I have on an F-1 visa, was it supposed to change to unrestricted once I applied for AOS through marriage.

Name on the green card

Given name on the passport includes my name and my father's name but given name on the green card has my name and first letter of my father's name. is this normal?

EAD approved but not the other from family

Hello People just to let you know that my EAD was approved last week. I already received the approval letter BUT no card yet ! Also only me got the approval the other member of my family was not approved yet. my PD is February 23,2021. MSC filed Does anybody know how long take to approve the other from my family once my is already approved ?

2 weeks after case approved and new card produced and green card hasn’t been mailed to me yet.

Hi guys! please, my case was approved on 09/14/2021 and I received my two years gc on 09/20/2021. After two years anniversary of my marriage, that was 10/01/2019. Now I got another approved on the same case on 10/05/2021. Do someone had the same experience? thank you
