Thankful for people in this community and Reddit. We had our interview yesterday in Philadelphia. The officer was really nice and asked straight forward questions about our names, parents’ names, address, when/where we got married etc. But we had a major issue, the medical package had the surgeon’s signature missing. The officer said he’ll give an RFE, and we need to mail in the signed medical docs. He mentioned as we were leaving, that if we can return with a new sealed envelope with medical completed by the 4pm, he can approve it the same day. Fortunately we were able to. Pro tip: get a copy of medical doc from your doctor in addition to the sealed envelope, otherwise there’s no way to tell what’s missing.

Filed I-485, I-140, I-765, and I-131 on March 5, 2021. All went to Nebraska (employment based). My visa was going to expire December 17, 2021. I don't know if the second expedite or congressional inquiry worked, but one of them must have done the job. My EAD/AP combo card was approved today. Filed an expedite on Oct 26th for financial loss and Congressional office sent an inquiry on October 20th. I encourage people to keep trying. This is a stressful situation, but don't give up.

Hello ladies and gentlemen… I want to share my timeline and experience so far… I requested for an expedite on my case I-765. and I got a responds to show more evidence on financial lose on Friday, October 15, 2021.. and It’s was faxed… to God be the glory today November 17th,2021.. my EAD card was produced… now am waiting for my interview to be scheduled at my local office Long Island NY.. I give glory to God.. what God can not do does not exist.. we move always.

I installed the lawfully app just today after someone posted about it on a group and was surprised to see the status change notification in the afternoon. I’m hoping to receive the EAD card soon. Looks like they’re processing quick after the biometrics suspension . I had applied on sept 21, 2021 and very glad to receive it today. I’m very excited to start my career back after 2 years .
