actually anyone knows about i-130 for my wife
I applied for my wife 12 months before and 4 months before they asked for some evidence from RFE and I have submitted and somehow I missed to send them 2 evidence to RFE and 4 days before they send me a latter they right to me that ( we r intend to denial your case )
and they gave me an option that appeal so
if I send them all evidence and apeal form and a written Brife/ explaination why I missed to submit and every documents what they wanted
so will I get a chance to approve my case or no ??
and if yes how long will take to make a dicision by BIA
Bcz my case went to VIA department for apeal
so if anybody knows about it or if anyone faced this problem and got an approved from BIA thn please tell me
