Hello Everyone , I was approved but my case status didn't say sent to nvc. Now, it says case closed. I have read online that for others the case status says case sent to nvc. Is this normal?

Hi all. just wanted to share the progress on my case. All I-765, I-131, I-140 and I-485 along with Medicals submitted concurrently on March 2022.
The EAD and advanced parole got approved a few days ago after 8 months In Nebraska Service Center and I should receive the card soon in the mailbox.
I-485 was transferred to NBC in August and both me and my dependent are scheduled for the interview for the end of November. Wish us luck and let me know if you have anything to share for the interview experience.

Approval notice recieved but still waiting for card
It’s been 83 days and my case is stuck on case is approved. Employment based adjustment of status and have flights booked to travel home for Christmas, I didn’t think this trip would be at risk. Is it normal to wait this long for card production?? I see people getting cards posted within weeks and I’m waiting nearly 3 months. Very frustrating. I have service requests in and will be contacting the ombudsman at 90 days if still not recieved. #cardprinting #printing

I140-EB1 approved
Hello everyone,
Posting my I140-EB1 approval, because I’ve been an almost silent member of this community but got a lot of insights/value from it. I filed concurrently I-140 NIW and AOS back in June/21 and had an RFE in July/22. Decided with the lawyer to petition for EB1/PP before answering the RFE. It paid off.
I have a strong feeling that our response to the RFE would also be approved but I strongly believe that the EB1 criteria are way less subjective. Meeting the 3 required criteria is a much more binary decision than discussing national relevance and other prongs for NIW.
