#ir5 #caseaprove Thank god good news. now I hope that my stepfather's case will be approved soon too, sometimes I don't understand if the two cases were admitted on the same day and are in the same processing center because one is approved and the other is still being reviewed, well at least I already have one approved thank god
Baltimore Field office approval, 4months and 15days after interview.
I wasn't checking again in the last month and I gave it all to him.
I really thank God almighty and this community.
As you are gonna be reading this, yours is next.

I need to redo the biometric process
last wee my I485 was approved, today I received an approval notice but it also says “Prior to receiving your permanent resident card you may be required to report for biometrics processing (photo/fingerprint/signature). Please do not take any action at this time. If you are required to report for this processing, you will receive another notice advising you of the date, time and location to appear.” does anyone else have received information like this? or does this mean I going to redo the biometric process, or what next

i130/i485 was approved within hours after interview
it’s been long journey to GC, I had my interview couples days back and everything went smooth.
it’s always a good to have attorney present in interview physically, my lawyer gave pointers on elaborating stories about our hobbies/house hunt and at a point the officer was like it’s too much information and told us the interview is up.
intimidate with lot of documentation, more documentation is always good.
the GC which suppose to be 6month journey end up being 19months due to backlogs and pandemic.
anyways it a such a reliefs when it’s done ✅

Approved 6 months after interview
I and my wife went for interview in Oct.
The interview was more on how we met and when we decide to get married. She asked for specific timeline since we didn’t date for long.
We have tons of evidence and live together with my step kids.
She asked for my step kids birth certificate.
She asked for my final stem opt i20 form which I didn’t go with.
The interview was smooth. She complimented our attire because we wore same thing. we typically wear same clothes to church.
