Hi, guys. Finally, I got a green card today. Thank you so much for supporting !!! Since I did biometric in September, my case has changed” actively reviewed by USCIS” for 6months. so I was frustrated it and downloaded this app to hear from fellow applicants .! Lawfully system really worked well. This app notified my case status one day before the USCIS notified me. Here is my case summary marriage based/ FO Newrark, NJ PD: June 16th.2021 EAD& AP: Feb 17th. I planned to trip to my country on April 9th with AP but the interview was scheduled on April 21st. so I actually couldn’t use AP. interview date. 4/21 -interviewer was very friendly and nice - the interviewer didn’t ask anything to my spouse only me - my name /DOB/address - I informed typo mistake on my file ( he fixed it right away) -where did you meet my spouse -when did you decide to marry -5 yes or no questions -gave copies of lease agreement/joint bank statement/ joint card statement( I authorized my spouse on my card) /costco membership/ investment account benefiary -interviewer didn’t ask to see pics * I filed marriage but separately tax ( if reason should be okay, there is no problem) Good Luck all of you!🍀

EAD AND ADVANCE PAROLE APPROVED

Hello EVERYONE, JUST TO SHARE WITH YOU THAT I HAVE BEEN APPROVED the combo card for ead and advance parole. I am so excited to share this positive vibes with you guys who are on the same journey as me. Since I get the advance parole, may I travel back and forth (in and out) the States? Has anyone traveled with AP and have no trouble when you ask for admission into the States? Thank you

Conditional Green Card Approved!

I’m sharing our timeline in case it’s of use to anyone We are adjusting from K1 and we started the process in Houston in September. We moved and transferred our case to Phoenix in March 2022 Interview date: April 25,2022 Approval: April 28, 2022 FO: Phoenix never recieved EAD/AP We have a very simple and straight forward case. The most unusual is that it took 3 days after the interview to my husbands status to change online but we were verbally approved at the interview. Our timeline still says K1. I tried to update it but it’s not accepting my edits 🤷🏻‍♀️

About SSN

Hello everyone! Wishing you'all the best! 💫 I just received in hands my EAD and AP, can I apply for a SSN now? Or I have to wait to arrive my green card? I'd like to get my own credit card, build my credit...some people tell me I have to wait for my green card, but It really doesn't make sense since I have a work permit now. Thank you, I'll really apreciate your answers 🙏

does EB type matters?

I have a question does the EB visa type matters when it comes to a green carval? Is EB one the priority in this case does EB1 has more capacity compared to EB3 three in order to get a green card?
