does EB type matters?
I have a question does the EB visa type matters when it comes to a green carval? Is EB one the priority in this case does EB1 has more capacity compared to EB3 three in order to get a green card?

it depends on your birth country. like india eb1 categories are current so it makes sense to file eb1 . however it requires more documentation. eb2 and eb3 are less scrutinized and little bit easier. once you get i140 , what I see is i485 for eb1c get approved faster, others usually take same time to get approved

As someone with an Approved EB1a self petition, I’m finding out that the i140 does take priority in some sense but the adjustment of status, i485 is treated the same for everyone (marriage might even have preference)
