Case Approved
Columbus, OH 80 days cases approved!!
I still can’t believe my case was processed so fast!!! I submitted all my materials 80 days ago and today my case was approved. My green card interview was yesterday and the conversation was so fun and endearing that I forgot it’s a one of the most decisive moment of my life. The immigration officer was so empathetic and curious about our relationship that it felt like we were talking to a friend. I’m so grateful for that!
Hope everybody on this platform could receive your good news very soon!

It has been a journey requiring so much patience. I thank God for this group. The support from sharing experiences gave me so much hope. I am now on J1 status for 7 coming years. Believe and keep on believing. From visiting visa to J1 student. Now waiting for my husband’s J2 status. With God all things are possible!

Finaly 🎊🎊
My interview was yesterday at 12:55 was the appointment. We waited an hour and a half and then they called us. The interview was half an hour. My case was from nvc and office queens Ny.
They ask us questions that we should know birth date, names, my parents' names, how we met and the yes or no questions that usually the answer is no because they are like if you have been arrested and stuff.
Our case was complex because we got married in 2018 and divorced in 2019. I had a petition while I was in the Dominican. We fought hard, we got divorced and he canceled my case. Now in 2021 I came with a b1/b2 visa and my husband told me to stay because we have a girl in common. we got married in June 2021 and we applied in September 2021.
I tell you this so that you do not get nervous at the time of the interview because you see how complex my case was and they approved me. It is temporary residential because we got married less than a year ago and that is the rule.
The man told us that everything was fine in the interview and that our case was going to be verified and that if they approved me it would be for two years. I was a little scared because he didn't tell me congratulations and today my I130 and I 485 were updated to be approved.
Good luck for all of you. positive do not get nervous because nerves betray.

I-765 Approved NBC
Filed with I-485 Spousal application, NYC FO and assigned to NBC. Currently on H1-B.
Lawfully shows I’m 446/655 ranking for Dec applicants.
Online notice sent by mail suggests it’s a combo card with advance parole. I-131 status hasn’t updated.
