Case finally approved after waiting over a year for a decision. I recieved an email saying "we have taken action against your case". Once I logged into my account, I saw an Approved letter under documents. My case started at Nebraska before being transfered to Potomac. The wait was long but I'm glad its over and we are onto the next stage with NVC 🎉🎉 #potomac #i-130

I woke up this morning to a text message from the uscis telling me an action has been taking on my case so i Immediately sign in to my uscis account went to documents and there was my approval letter yayyyyyyyy one step closer to bringing my husband HOME!!!! Alhamdulillah Allahu Akbar guys I'm so happy I'm so happy!!!!! I finally got approved so my PD was OCT 3 first active review Feb 20,21 second actively review and approve July 21,22 now I have to wait for the NVC stage I'm so excited I anticipate it's quickly spouse is from Sudan hopefully. Insha'Allah I hope everyone gets approved soon to be with their family

SSN for kids
While filing for I485 we ticked the SSN for kids to be issued. After a gruesome 18 months wait, thankfully we received our GC, which is a big sigh of relief. Now wanted to find out how we will receive the SSN for our 17 year old twin daughters. Has anyone faced this issue before? Any advice?
