Case Approved
NVC welcome letter arrives 3 days later from Case Approved at USCIS
I am in shock! Extremely grateful! I AM SO HAPPY TO BE AT THIS STAGE FINALLY!!
For those who are still waiting on approvals, I hope and wish it comes soon for you. It does lift a heavy burden I’ll tell you that much. My burden lasted 13 months 3 days before receiving my approval notice. I have made a commitment now to exercise more and eat better, as I’ve been stressing over the past year. Gained 30 lbs in the process too.
Please remain hopeful and BUSY!! It does help with the timeframe of waiting but I know the struggle is real! And the K3 is still showing as Received🥴 Can you throw it in the trash already?

I765 approved within a week God is good!
So i applied for I485 last year without the I765. my I485 took so long to get approved that I decided to apply for the work permit last week and I received it today. It only took a week. I praise God with all my heart for it. Now I wonder when the green card will be approved. I had my interview in January

dependent Green card approved during retrogression
EB-3 unskilled
My (main applicant) green card was approved in February 2022. I added my wife after I submitted my application. We didn’t file at the same time. My wife filed as my dependent in October 2021. Then she submitted biometrics in December 2021.
In April 2022, she received her combo work authorization card with i-512 advance parole.
She received RFE for medical on May 13 2022. On may 27, 2022, she submitted response to medical RFE. Then retrogression started from June 1st 2022. We thought we would only get her green card after October 2022.
However, her green card was approved yesterday. We were just wondering if it is a real green card as it was issued during retrogression. As far as I know, new green cards are not issued during the retrogression period. Can you please help us understand her green card?
We are looking forward to your advice and suggestions?
