Marriage based interview waived
so I just spoke to an agent and she told me that the local office (Boston) has waived my interview on July 13 but I see no updates on my uscis account or haven’t received a mail and nothing in the document section. has this happened to anyone or does anyone know what the next step is?

Hi there, experts. I have a question to ask. I want to know what year I should be expecting the interview call from NVC. I know right now is retrogression going on, so it’s going to take a while. Any rough estimate if, as of now, the retrogression law is reversed in the new fiscal year October then how long it will take to get an interview call from the embassy.

case approved. faster than i anticipated
hey everyone. sharing my timeline in case it helps. my green card was approved today after it was transferred to the NBC two weeks ago. the reason I think it got transferred to the NBC from Nebraska was because i filed my H1B extension and the day that was approved (on July 14, 2022) they then transferred my i485 to the NBC. very quick turnaround once it got there.
i filed concurrently and with medicals.

6. Interview on 28JUN22 (Yaounde, Cameroon)
Note: Interview went well. However my husband forgot to bring original of Marriage certificate. That's the only document VO wanted to see. They kept his passport and asked him to bring the document. The document was submitted on 29JUN22
7. CEAC Status Updates:
28JUN22 - Status changed to Refused (because of missing document submitted the next day)
06JUL22 - Status changed to Ready
26JUL22 - Status changed to Administrative Processing
27JUL22 - Status changed to Issued

my 485 & 130 was denied April 2021 after interview & home visit,because they say we never responded to RFE to submit my USC divorce & her proof of citizenship,which we submitted,so we did 290b may 2021 & renew 765 June 2021,,my 765 was renewed yesterday,while 290b still pending,Do anyone EVER EXPERIENCE this or can say something about it ?

timeline: concurrently filed with i-485 (married to USC) on march 1, 2022. bio on April 4, 2022. i sent the expedite request last Friday July 22 (job offer), i received an email this morning that my request is being reviewed then i checked online for the status :) lawfully status is not updated yet.. no evidence was asked. AOS next! thank you Lord!
