EB1 I-485 approval after 230 days
After little over a year my green card journey has finally come to an end! I-485 was submitted to NBC, transferred to Albuquerque FO, and then to Providence, RI FO without notices. I wish everyone all the best in 2025, and hope it will bring long-awaited approvals! đźź©

hello guys! my PD is June 06, 2024. It’s only been 7 Months since that day, I got my EAD already after 37 days and just waiting for my AOS Decision. Last month, the estimated time was 5months and turned to 16 months, I know it’s not accurate and could be sooner than that, just want to ask if it’s still fine to apply for AP since I didn’t apply for that concurrently. I want to try my luck cause idk how much more it will take for the decision to be made, I really want to see my family nextyear, I’ve been so homesicked already. I am going home with my husband also.
Has anybody experienced applying AP after concurrently filing?
