It does not make sense
it’s does not make sense for Uscis to terminate half of the employees after knowing that cases are delayed for almost 4years . would this slow down on cases or it is because of Uscis is not accepting paper filling and they only doing online filling . But still it’s not not make sense to me . why not keep them for a little while to help process cases faster .
And the second thing I’m hearing is the coming of the new administration cases will be slower . I hope the processing time would not change to 100month 🙄

after almost 2 years since filing, multiple case inquiries, an expedite request, a request for evidence, and contacting the senator 2 separate times, we got the notification that the green card is being produced.
I’m so glad this awful process is finally over! and we got the interview waived!

Was 120 days since I sent my evidence for RFE, I contacted Congresswoman 3 days ago but that might just be coincidence (submitted through her site)
RFE was tax, confirmation of payslip and J supplement (job offer letter) - even though we had submitted on submission, just sometimes they ask for again to confirm job still there
No idea how long the card takes to arrive but I am over the moon, so relieved.
Hell I know, stick with it everybody, I am not a laid back guy so it's been a horrendous time, especially the last year. The irony of the thing that keeps you where you want to be, actually spoils your time in the place where you want to be.

BDV Scam
Take this as a rant but I think we need to do something to the companies like BDV. Thousand of innocent people are being lured into this scam where BDV is still promising them green card in 2 years. Some of these people don’t even know what visa retrogression is and have been paying BDV to start their EB3 green card process. Receintly BDV posted in Facebook stating they have 500 approved LC last month alone. Before that they had a hundred and befor that again 500. It seems like BDV is just trying to make as money as possible by filing for LC, they don’t care anything else.
Don’t know how these people who run BDV sleep at night. There is a special place in hell for people like them who prey on innocent students mostly from developing nations!
Want to warn everyone to stay away from this company!
