Approved!
I wanna thank to everyone who took time to respond to my questions and always gave a word of encouragement and hope! My I-130 was approved yesterday we got a letter and I-485 was approved today, I can finally go to see my grandma and help her through her disease and hopefully give her a portion of my liver. Hang in there everyone! This process is tough and no one knows how much pain it takes, but the end is right there, don’t lose hope! Praying for you all 🙏🏼

any one from India who has applied from EB1-C I-485 with approved I-140 recently.
priority date ported from EB-2.
applied in Dec-2024 and biometrics completed recently.
as per case history, it is currently with NBC and interview is waived.
1. what are the chances that interview can still be scheduled?
2. will the case be transferred to local field office? or is there any possibility of adjudication happening at NBC.
3. what is the reasonable timeframe to expect case decision?
thank you in advance.
Approved in 2 months! I offer consulting services for anyone interested ☺️
I went through this process on my own for both myself, and multiple family members, all approved in less than 3 months. If you’d like to schedule a consultation please email you.aybee@gmail.com for further information.

Please give me suggestions. What I can do in this situation?
Does anyone know how long they’re taking for the oath Ceremony Appointment ??
If anyone experienced the same thing?
Thanks in advance
EB3 while Asylum pending
Hello everyone,
I submitted my asylum application in June 2021, and my EB3 PERM result is expected by the end of next month. I’ve learned that there’s a high likelihood (over 95%) that my I-485 application could be denied if I attempt to adjust my status within the U.S. As a result, I’m considering completing the I-485 interview at a U.S. consulate in a third country.
If anyone has had a similar experience and successfully obtained their green card, I would greatly appreciate it if you could share your attorney's information. Finding a knowledgeable lawyer in this area has been quite challenging.
Thank you so much!
