I think I am one of the unlucky ones where my case is getting ignored but some newer cases are getting checked and get updates.
cases like mine usually gets approve no later than 9months, some people i know filed their cases later than I did but they got to hear good news already. My case is not complicated, I’m just getting so tired, I never seen my family for 8 years.

I submitted my petition to the Texas Service Center in July 2024. Despite awaiting a decision for nearly seven months, my case remains "actively reviewing." Notably, I have observed that applicants who submitted their petitions after mine have received responses, even without Premium Processing.
I would appreciate clarification on whether this is typical and how long it'll further take.

How long does I-290B take at NBC after a Nebraska denial?
Hi everyone, I recently filed an I-290B Motion to Reopen after my I-130 was denied because I mistakenly filled out my own information on the I-130A instead of my wife’s.
• The original denial came from Nebraska Service Center (NSC)
• I sent my I-290B to Tempe, AZ
• I received my receipt notice from the National Benefits Center (NBC)
I’m wondering:
1. Will NBC handle my case, or will it be sent back to Nebraska?
2. How long does NBC usually take to process I-290B cases?
3. Has anyone had a similar case and got approved quickly?
4. Since my wife is overseas, will this affect processing time?
Any experiences or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hello community, please can anyone who has same timeline as me make a comment to encourage me. I see a lot of October and November approval which is making me more anxious as the day goes by. Also, my EAD will expire in May 2025. My lawyer adviced I send my medicals with the EAD renewal which she sent to NBC in December which I haven’t gotten receipt yet. I see many people waited for their vawa to be approved before sending medical but, my lawyer adviced otherwise. Is sending the medical a good or bad move?
Same day oath?
Received interview notice today in the mail and it’s scheduled for early in the morning. How likely is the oath going to happen on the same day and how fast do y’all receive the US passport afterwards?
Have a trip booked internationally 2 months after the interview.

I applied for my geeen card in August 2022,
I haven't been approved yet, and unfortunately I'm divorced. After being mistreated, I've been advised to do a Vawa, and at the same time as sending in my file to ask for the renewal of my EAD, which expires in June.
Experiences? Any advice?
I haven't said I'm divorced yet my l130 and l485 are still in pending.

hello everyone, finally some movement. Unfortunately probably there will be an interview 🤷♂️ I sent my medical on December, and it was received by USCIS a few days later. Today my status changed to “Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview”. So probably they won’t approve me without talking to me lol
