Replacement Greencard
Goodnight everyone. I hope all is well. I'm reaching out because I'm extremely stressed about a situation with my green card.
On February 4th, my green card was approved, and USCIS mailed it to my previous lawyer's address due to an administrative error. Despite having a new lawyer for over a year, USCIS didn't update their records.
My previous lawyer received the card on February 10th and mailed it to me via certified mail. However, for over a month, USPS has reported that it's "in transit to final destination" without any progress.
I'm worried and frustrated because my previous lawyer refuses to assist me further. Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Interview scheduled
Hi All, I received my interview schedule for both I-751 and N-400 today. The date is a month away and will be at the Baltimore office. I am happy for this big progress and I was wondering if anyone has experienced that office have had both interviews recently.

any thought?
My PD is 02/2023 (ROW). I submitted everything on Aug 2, 2024, but haven’t received any updates yet. I also submitted a case inquiry for my I-765, but USCIS responded that it’s still within normal processing time. Has anyone else experienced similar delays? Any insights on what might be happening? Thanks.
EB2NIW APPROVED!
Hi community.
I wanted to share that my case got approved after waiting 513 challenging days.
I applied for PP on Jan 27 25 and in a month and a half later I got the approval with no RFE.
A bit about me and my process.
I am from the IT area for 22 years.
I am Project Manager for the past 17 years.
I was born in Brazil and lived there for 30 years.
I worked with all the big 4 banks in Brazil and one of the big 4 insurance companies too.
Migrated to Australia in 2016.
Got my Permanent Residency (Australian GC) in 2019 and my Australian Citizenship in 2021.
I worked for big companies in Australia too and today I work for a big telco here as IT Portfolio Manager.
Although I have a tertiary degree, it was equivalent to an associate degree in the US and I decided to go with Exceptional Ability.
I have many and important international certifications in my field.
I collected 5 recommendation letters and an exceptional ability letter too.
I produced my own Professional Plan with 4 options for my career once I arrive in the US.
My process had around 500 pages.
It was hard to wait and have patience.
I paid for my PP and I don't regret it.
I wanted to have this first part out of my way with a positive outcome as soon as I could.
Now, I am not in a hurry.
Good luck!
Thanks for your support!
I learned a lot with this community... this was one of my source of information that helped me to make decisions along the way.

Priority date is just 26 days away
Hi
My priority date is just 26 days away, it’s been 8 years and I am still waiting for my priority to be current. I have applied for I 485 AOS in Feb 2022 and I am curious on how my case will be. If the PD is current, will I get my GC in AOS category in less than a month? or do I need to wait for more months for interview and card?
Case Approved
It has been a journey, my first case was denied because we moved and did not update the address online to get rhe rfe. I am grateful to God. #ThankGod #AllGloryToGod
