Hi community. I wanted to share that my case got approved after waiting 513 challenging days. I applied for PP on Jan 27 25 and in a month and a half later I got the approval with no RFE. A bit about me and my process. I am from the IT area for 22 years. I am Project Manager for the past 17 years. I was born in Brazil and lived there for 30 years. I worked with all the big 4 banks in Brazil and one of the big 4 insurance companies too. Migrated to Australia in 2016. Got my Permanent Residency (Australian GC) in 2019 and my Australian Citizenship in 2021. I worked for big companies in Australia too and today I work for a big telco here as IT Portfolio Manager. Although I have a tertiary degree, it was equivalent to an associate degree in the US and I decided to go with Exceptional Ability. I have many and important international certifications in my field. I collected 5 recommendation letters and an exceptional ability letter too. I produced my own Professional Plan with 4 options for my career once I arrive in the US. My process had around 500 pages. It was hard to wait and have patience. I paid for my PP and I don't regret it. I wanted to have this first part out of my way with a positive outcome as soon as I could. Now, I am not in a hurry.
