what is happening?
I applied on 10/12/2024 and received an email on the same day saying, "We have taken an action on your case." I got the same email again on 10/13/2024. Then, on 03/28/2025, we received the same email, but absolutely nothing changed in the case status on the USCIS website—it still says "Case Was Received and A Receipt Notice Was Sent."
Is this normal? Do you know what this could mean?

visa abroad at the US Embassy or US Consulate?
If it was not an error, please let us know. “
❓So the beneficiary is outside of USA, but i don’t understand which one should I choose: US embassy ot US Consulate?
❓Is the processing and timing different for these two?
❓Do you think this is going to prolong our processing time? 😭
income requirements
Hi everyone,,just want to ask if someone have any idea about this.. my husband (USC) wasn’t able to reach the income requirements for the year 2024, since he is not working from January 2024 to September 2024,and start a new job last October 2024,, but his preview total income from year 2021-2023 is more than enough for 3 households.should we still need a join sponsor in our case? TRAVELLING WITH 2-YEARS GC!! (previously F1)
Hi, I have upcoming international trip (April-May) and currently holding a 2 years GC that will be expired in Aug this year. I will be traveling without my husband (he has to stay here and work) and I will be back in the US before my GC expires for sure. Has anyone traveled abroad recently with 2-yr GC? I am a little nervous as I came here as F1 and was in US for over 2 years before married my husband and adjusted my status INSIDE the US. I don't have any criminal record or DUI or any tickets! although it is the time 09233 series is getting decision. I requested senator to contact uscis for the processing delays. in two weeks of her inquiry, status updated to approved. i don’t know if her inquiry made any impact or it was normal processing.

how long does it take to terminate master hearing immigration court after receiving your permanent residence card I got my green card on the 3rd of march 2025 submitted my case on march 29 2024 an I thought my layers would file a motion to terminate court hearing the moment I got my green card nth as yet how can I terminate my court hearings

Hello. biometrics done in June 2023 and no movement on my case until Jan 2025, it got transferred from Nebraska to NBC and still no gc yet. EB3 ROW so I have been current for a long time, Emma said it was last processed in March, wondering if there is anything I can do to speed it up.

Hello everyone,
I have been hearing online from immigration attorneys that with the new presidency, ALL marriage cases are recieving GC interviews again, regardless of the amount of evidence. Is this true?
I have been happy to see a lot of December 2023 approvals recently and it doesn't seem like everyone is going through the interview process. I am interested to hear others' experience!
