so i figured out before the rfe arrives, that the request is for the medical exam info.
did you guys still see a civil surgeon in the US although you previously did a medical exam abroad (Canada) for the K1 visa? I am booked to see one now, but only to confirm vaccination records and have them sign the form

I have an upcoming master hearing and my lawyer said I do not need to appear because he will appear for me. I want to know if he is right. Please do I need to appear with my lawyer or just listen to him without appearing?

I don't remember if I have submitted AR11 of my current address 12 years back. What to do?
Hi,
I am in my 3rd year of green card that I got through employment. For my current home, I don't remember if I submitted AR11 in 2013 when I changed my residence.
Questions:
1. Given the current scenario where USCIS is nitpicking on small issues at the time of citizenship interview, what is the recommendation in this case to prevent any issues due to this?
2. If I file AR11 now, will it trigger such scenario where I am telling them what I missed when I was on H1B?
3. In addition, do I need to fill the same form for my wife, who was on H4 visa at that time?
4. Has anyone experienced the interview recently and was in my situation?

Our case was proof. In our interview, we were separated. My spouse started, and then I continued with the interview. My I-751 was approved, and we went to the civic, reading, and writing questions. The officer told me that my case was approved, and now I am waiting for my ceremony.

I recently got my I-130 F4 petition approved. One week ago I got my welcome letter from nvc I logged in my ceac account and added the applicants who are going to accompany me and got them accepted and reviewed but now after one week still pay now is locked. Why? what to except next? PD is 2012
