SSN NOT RECEIVED
I'm getting my EAD and travel documents. On April I'm apply my SSN myself they gave me 4weeks time after 4weeks they send me a letter and mention we can't issue you a Social Security card or update your Social Security Number at this time because you have not given us the documents we need to show U.S citizenship or legal alien status. please suggest me what other documents I have to show them

Yes I have show my EAD and my valid passport but still they are not update my SSN

I believe you will need to go to the local social security service to apply if it’s your first time having a SSN

only work permit ID is fine, passport, and that’s it if you are married then your marriage certificate if you have different last name to your WP and Passport
