Hi, my asylum was denied by IJ & then by BIA , last month i had a date for an interview at Fourth-Circuit Court, interview was given by my lawyer. Does anyone have any information how long usually the process take at Circuit Courts after an interview ? And are chances good to get approval after interview. Thanks

Advice for Interview
Hello Everyone,
I have an AOS interview schedule for next month but I need your opinion on my case. back in 2015 I was married but the case was pending for about a year and half until we stared having issue when my wife get pregnant to someone else while I was in Business trip.
After that incident we decided to divorce. The divorce took 6 months in California and one week after the divorce both the I-130 and I-485 got denied. My lawyer advised me to file for VAWA since my wife cheated on me. We filed VAWA and we’re able to prove everything including Bona fide marriage but the case was denied because According to the denial letter Infidelity is not considered an abuse even if the marriage was Bona fide.
I was suprised since I didn’t know that and my lawyer either. he strongly was believing that infidelity can be considered as abused- so big mistake.
Time has passed and I got married to my new wife and our case has been pending for 2 years. we just got a notice for interview for May 20th 2023. RFE medical has been requested and sent. They received it 3 months ago.
What are my chances to be approved?
what should I focus on?
what should be my concern?
I never received a denial letter of my previous marriage and I’m not in removal proceedings.
Any genuine advice will be much appreciated.

Hi everyone,
With my case number and invoice number, I logged in to NVC today. However, the start next process is locked and my profile says, "This petition is not eligible for further processing at this time due to the numerical limitations on immigrant visa issuance prescribed by law. A petition will be retained by the national visa center (NVC) until an immigrant visa becomes available".
Would it be possible to request an expedite of this process? If so, would it be best to do so through a state senator? or myself? I am so sad! :(

My VAWA was approved last week , Can someone please share their Greencard timeline after VAWA approval?
I wanted to know how long does it take to get medical RFE and I-485 Interview after VAWA is approved.
My I-485 Priority Date is 5/21/2018 , My field office is Dallas !!
