i though citizenship through militarily is fast but this feels like it’s taking forever, how much longer do I have to wait before my interview ? I’ve already got my fingerprints taken but it’s still shows « case is being actively reviewed by uscis »

If someone upgrade their EB2-NIW regular I-140 petition to premium processing, will that person receive a second receipt notice or how can the person know that the I-907 form has been received by the USCIS? How long does it typically takes to get a decision after upgrading the I-140 to premium?

I just got Mail of my Approved EAD. submitted om 3 October. Since then they did not say anything apart from We are reviewing your case. only today got the Mail on approval. am so excited. Thank you God!!! 8 months of waiting.

EAD and Advance Parole renewal 2023
Filed renewal for form i-131 and i-765 based on pending 485. Got ead approval within 10 days and only receipt notice for advance parole. They are processing both separately after 2022.
Please share experience if anyone on the same boat.

USCIS Case status not updating - RFE
How long does it take for USCIS case status to be updated? Last Friday I put in a service request because it had been 60 days since I sent in my evidence and my expedite requests for the EAD were denied because it still said I hadn’t sent my response yet. On Saturday I had a response in my inbox to a message I had sent a couple weeks ago, stating they received my RFE response June 23rd. This morning Emma confirmed the same, but my case status in my account hasn’t changed and stil lsays RFE sent. Has this happened to anyone before and how long does it take until the status officially updates?
