@Alessandra Silva yes you are right! I went through documents I had from the lawyer and I realized that the form is for job sponsored cases!

no just one with your current job right now. if you leave this job and get another one, you need to throw out the previous 485j and get a new one with your new employer signature.

yes it's only for job sponsored cases.
