I got the approval for both cases based on the notice I got. How long until I received the physical cards?

I sent in my medical exam last week without them asking for it . today I got an RFE asking for it and i864 form . do I have to do the medical exam all over again or wait till they write me and let me know they got it 😩..

my case was transfer
so I spoke with an agent today and she told that my case was transfer to my local office since last week but that they are not going to send me a courtesy notice. also she told me that my interview was waived. is that a good thing or not ? on my USCIS profile it doesn’t say that my case was transfer at all
I haven’t received an RFE letter
my status on uscis website changed to Request for Additional Evidence was sent on July,4. it’s been a month now that I haven’t received rfe letter. I sent e-request 2 weeks after jully 4 that I don’t received the notice and still got nothing back from them. Is it possible that they didn’t send the letter out? or they mailed it to wrong house? what should I do?
What to expect after we sent response for two RFE'S ( RFE'S was issued one month of apart each other ) ?
Hi everyone, we had two RFE'S from San Fernando Valley FO(non local), a month of apart of each other, response been sent at the end of July, PD May 2021, what to expect next? Is there anyone with the similar experience? please share.

AP produced 3 months ago but still not delivered
Hey All,
I was approved for my AP 3 months ago. Got the notice that the card had been produced but the case status never updated to say mailed. I called a few times and sometimes they say they probably lost it and other times they say it may have been delivered (but I never received everything). Anyone had a similar experience? I have to travel ASAP.
