got my PR card and Work permit! :)
does anyone know when will I get my social security? I applied with the work permit but no sign of that yet. do we have to go apply for it ourself?

Timeline for NIW
It took almost two years to get approved from submission of NIW I-140. Way too long. Case changed to New Card is Being Produced a few hours after interview at local Field Office. No idea why the interview was necessary.

Hi all, after a very long wait (I know some people's have been longer and I'm sending you approval luck) and an RFE we got our I-130 approval. can anyone help with the below questions?
firstly, if interview/medical is waived when do you find this out?
secondly, if interview is not waived what documents do I need to bring. Are they just looking to see if our relationship is genuine? we've been married for 19 months

Hi All,
I finally got my I-131 approved (290 days in TX) based on my EB2 NIW approval.
While all my family members received the same, my son didn't receive one.
After checking the issue, I discovered a typo in his application. The typo was visible in Form I-797C (receipt notice).
I highly recommend checking your details on the receipt notice!
