EB1-C INDIA PD not current (April 2020). Submitted. medical RFE at FO . What next?
hello , I have recently submitted Documents for medical RFE related to my AOS to Greer field office and it shows documents delivered by Fedex today. Priority date is not current so I am wondering what happens next?? appreciate if folks can share some experience.

hello everyone.
my pd is 09/13/2022. 08/21/2023 and still waiting for I-765 it’s been 342 days and nothing. tried to expedite on 07/19/23 and didt get a response so I tried to expedite again on 0/18/23 and they told me to give it another 7 business days. it’s been a long and tedious journey for me. some days it is normal but some days I’m extremy depress about this situation. I’m hoping that this expedite request gives me the answer I’m waiting for. anyone with a similar case/scenario with a word of advice or valuable information?

1st Wedding Anniversary
This week is our 1st Wedding Anniversary and no sign of anything from USCIS. The perfect gift would be to see our case at least approved. We know we still have a long way to go, all we need is a sign that everything is moving in the right direction.
I am in the UK and my husband a US Citizen. We are both in our 60’s and been together for 6 years. This is the longest we’ve been apart with the exception of Covid lockdown.
Let’s hope we hear some good news soon. That would be the perfect anniversary gift 😊🙏🏼

i-765 progress question
Hi all, I have a question about my 1-765 progress update. My biometrics was completed June 29th and got an email from USCIS saying my application is now under review, on the USCIS official portal, it shows my fingerprints were taken as well. But on this Lawfully app my progress still hasn’t progressed to the biometrics completed checkpoint. Has anyone else experience this?

hello everyone!
happy Monday. today I decided to reach out to Emma as I noticed my I-131 travel says 3 weeks under my progress & my I-765 says 3 months!
I asked to speak to a live agent, who confirmed my receipt number & my personal information (full name, email, phone number & address).
I was quickly connected to a live agent by the name of Caleb who was super kind & overall helpful.
He reassured me that my case was proceeding normally & that the cases are still under view. I asked him if there was any update or info he could tell me about an interview or combo card being processed. & he said “All your cases are processing normally at this time. the combo card will come once both I-131 & I-765 get approved. I-485 interview is waived, you will not be interviewed.” !!
No actions or notices have been sent out besides the receipt notice of action. with that being said I will not be taking Caleb’s word 100% as I’m not sure he can confirm this but all in all I hope he is right!
He is the first agent who took his time to look at my cases and let me express my concerns without ending the chat automatically and/or telling me not to contact USCIS until 2026!
