Timeline for Expedite processing
I called USCIS to request expedite processing after detailing my reasons to the agent I spoke to. They said ut takes 7 business days to get a response. It is almost 11 business days now, no response yet. Please if anyone ever requested for expedite processing, how long on the average before you get a response?
Case delay
Hello house please I just want to know if anyone did receive this kind of response from USCIS. After I did a service request twice I got same response below..
"Thank you for contacting USCIS concerning the above-referenced application. Below is a summary of what we have found. Due to workload factors not related to your application, USCIS anticipates a delay in completing your case. We anticipate the delay to be approximately 6 months from the date of this notice. We assure you that we are working to complete adjudication of your application as quickly as available resources allow. If you do not receive a decision or other notice of action from USCIS by that date, please reach out to the USCIS Contact Center for additional assistance"
Marriage certificate invalid
Hi guys , I am from Indian ( Delhi ) actually this is my sister in law case , her case i130 was approved back in June, and she is on NVC stage and they rejected her marriage certificate by saying it's invalid, I don't know is that so , it was issued by govt office , there is no specification what is invalid in that , can you guys please advise what can be done in this , specially Indians who already DQ completed.
the only option is the ombudsman office
I’ll contact the ombudsman office tomorrow and get their assistance. the congressman was useless. the only response I got was expendite request denied even though I didn’t request it. I talked to USCIS and they said don’t contact us before Jan 2024.. ridiculous and upsetting
