Please California service center waiting too long for a case to be approved that has been going on for 7 years what are you going through it says case received so what happens that was on January 12, 2017 and still no response received but they do not approve the case😡😞

Would you guys recommend putting in another expedite request?

My husband and I never heard from USCIS about the expedite request we put in on July 31st. They still have not gotten back to my representative's office. The processing time for NBC i765 changed recently from 11 months to 10 months and I put in a service request for out of normal processing time. We have contacted our senator's office. Should we put in another expedite request because it has been more than 30 days? Emma just keeps telling us to wait.

tired of this nonsense and I don’t know how to fix this

had an RFE for the I864. My sponsor didn’t file taxes this year, has an extension granted. we submitted all their past taxes and W2’s. same job. and sufficient income every year. got an RFE for their tax return. I can’t push my sponsor. so I responded with their paychecks and w2 again and a letter of explanation. since then also had a raise at work that now makes my income qualify myself as the immigrant with same job for 8 months. If anyone wonders why it’s so hard to qualify for me, well, we have 7 kids and live in rural America where wages aren’t so high. So after 60 days no response to RFE response I uploaded as unsolicited evidence a new I864 with updated income and paychecks and employment letter. also made a service request. anyone have insight into similar kind of case of situation?
