I think if you have an approved Vawa. your lawyer can re apply for you

Right now you don’t have anything to loose and there is no error in trying. It all depends on the reason for denial and they will work with you and figure it out. Please reach out to them ASAP

for the fact that your i360 approval that has no big deal it can be upturned on basis of appeal. I saw on the ost that you filled it yourself sometimes when they update their forms and you used the older version it could caused a denial or something else on background.
