Blessed and lucky case is approved
This was the quickest i have seen among the folks I know. the interview was scheduled right after the biometrics appointment. As an applicant who was working on H1b was sure it was going to take at least 9 months but guess I’m lucky everything was finished in almost 2 months.
Interview:
It was really easy and only took our license to verify and asked these questions:
* When did you meet?
* Why did you marry your spouse?
* Where did you propose?
* Do you know you spouse parents names?
* what was the dish you had on your first date?
I was concerned that they might separate us to interview as our marriage was on same year. But agent was really friendly and joked around with us on the answers.
This app helped me with all the questions and information really grateful and wish all the luck you can get and always prepare to best as you never know how it goes. 🙌

The second inquiry was made because the first one never got a response.
Also, do not ask for expedite processing for 485, this might get denied help from congressman if you don't have urgent reasons, thus it cannot reach USCIS. just ask for a status inquiry if it hasn't been moving for a long time. Or just ask them to confirm pd is current, say you are worried that uscis is not documenting pd correctly to cause the delay for approval

Case category changed in Lawfully but no update on USCIS
Hi everyone,
My VAWA I-360 case in Lawfully recently showed “case category has changed,” but there’s no update in my USCIS account.
I also have an I-485 pending, and about 90 days ago it was updated to “new office has the jurisdiction.”
I applied back in August 2021 and I’m still waiting.
Has anyone else seen this type of update in Lawfully? Does “case category changed” mean anything important for VAWA cases? Any explanation would be appreciated.
