Time to receive medical RFE after transfer to NBC

My I485 finally got transferred out of Texas to NBC this month and I was wondering how long I should be expecting to receive RFE for medicals after this transfer ( I did not submit medicals with my application) ? I am EB2-niw, ROW and PD is current. I searched through previous posts but haven’t seen people in this category report on timeline for RFE.
