K-3 with I-130 to get your spouse in US sooner
can anybody tell me why everybody filing an I-130 would not automatically file a K-3 “nonimmigrant visa for spouse” at the same time? K-3 can be filed while an I-130 is in process in order to get your spouse to the US sooner while you wait for green card approval. I’m pissed my attorney did not mention this to me when originally filing.

because it doesn’t help you. I filed a I-130 in january 2023 and K3 in march 2023 and both cases are still pending.
