Trump left Biden with huge backlog from around 500,000 cases in January 2017 to around 1300,000 cases in December 2020. I am hoping that Trump would not win the next election in November 2024 or else the whole processing time would be delayed again for the next 4 years, especially we are already waiting for the GC for a while now, I don’t want to wait any longer.
finally! thank you Lord!
God knows what is in your heart, God knows the desire of your heart, but he wants you to express it with your mouth! Every day I prayed saying: In your time Lord I really want, but in your time, even for a way to not frustrate me, and this morning I prayed saying; God, in order for it to arrive in time for my trip on December 21st, my green card needs to be approved this week! and today I received this answer! 💙

Interview Waiver
Hi, applied for AOS status for parents in Jul 2022, processing at NBC. Just chatted with Emma live agent for dad’s AOS (I485) and was told interview was waived for dad. Is the interview waiver not common for family based applications? I wanted to check when it will move to FO as a follow up but the agent exited the chat.
Also anyone experience that live agents leave the chat after one question? They don’t wait for follow up questions.
Processing time decreased by my case still on hold
I requested a call from a tier 2 officer. I’m awaiting that call. also, both the congressman and the senator both placed inquires and awaiting responses. I also placed an inquiry myself.. I’ve tried everything.. I’m going to do the Ombudsman after I get responses from the senator and congressman. It’s on hold due to security checks! but 2 years!!! come on USCIS! anyway, losing hope and I have no choice but to file a lawsuit in January.

interview
it’s been more than 4 months since father did the biometrics but he hasn’t been scheduled yet nor did he get any messages other than it’s been “actively reviewed by the USCIS”.
but my brother submits his application later than him and his interview already scheduled.
so how much more time could be needed for my father’s interview be scheduled?? should contact through messages about that??
