RFE
I was wondering if any one has experienced this, I filed Vawa July of 2021, , I got a notification that an RFE was sent on February 2022, I waited for two weeks, I never received it. proceeded to make an inquiry, followed by writing letters to them, and asking my congressman for help, they told my congressman inquiry has been received, and that was it. I never got any update from VAWA .Last week Wednesday I did an inquiry again, two days later, USCIS updated via case tracker, that case has been assigned to an officer for response. So all I am doing now is wait.
PS: My lawyer said the first RFE notification may have been a system glitch , as none of us received it. I don’t know what to believe, but I trust God to take care of this.It has been a traumatic experience.

Case Transfer
I did a live agent chat today and they informed me that my case was transferred to the Baltimore Service Center from Potomac. I didn’t receive any updates from USCIS in my portal or via the mail. Is that normal? If so, what are the typical case processing times at Baltimore compared to Potomac? Thank you!

Any Brooklyn, NY Field Office folks waiting adjudication?
I already got stuck for so long @ TSC and now I was told that the processing time is 25 months @ Brooklyn NY on average by the agent. Is it that if you were in a slow center initially you continue to land up in a slow field office ? This is so annoying.
i-129f process USCIS CSV
Hi guys, I’m a late December 2022 filer and I see all those people getting approved and our case hasn’t been touched since California service center received it. I’m getting a little worried (and honestly very frustrated) at the process right now. People from February got approved in November and while I’m very happy for them, I can’t help but worry for our case since it’s almost been 12 months and half of December cases have already been reviewed.
Is it just how I feel or is USCIS slowing down their processing lately?
Thank you for your answers guys 🙏🏻❤️#i-129f #K1visa #californiaservicecenter

DQ’s missing document
Hi guys, so I’ve been DQ’d already but in my docs it still shows MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE (1st MARRIAGE-FINAL DIVORCE DECREE) MISSING. I submitted my last divorce decree and under additional it says accepted. I requested a certified copy to bring to the interview just in case as well but do I also need my previous marriage’s marriage certificate too?? since I’ve been DQ’d is it necessary to upload these documents or just bring with me to the interview?
