I gave my all biometrics and waiting for decision. But ıdk how long it will take ı just sent my I-140 for premium process because its being current as of feb24 and share your thoughts about timelines how long it will take to receive freedom for travelling around the world?

Hi. I’m moving forward with the mandamus of writ. the attorney wants $5,000 including filing fees. is that good or is that too much? Anyone has paid for a Mandamus of Writ before and how much did you pay?

i-485J Approved, i-485 Case Remains Pending
My i-485J got approved, and my i-485 status changed to Case Remains Pending. My PD Aug 22 is not current yet for EB3 skilled, but will be next month in Feb 24.
What does an approved i-485J mean? is the end near and can I expect the i-485 to be approved once my PD becomes current next month?

Response to RFE was received a few months ago. But now date changed to last week with a green check mark next to it. I hope it’s good news. Emma told me that it was reviewed on that date by officer but no decision has been made. I already have an approved i30. so hoping for good news this week 🙏
