Expired green card extension, I751 vs N400
#n400, #i751, #pending, #I751pending
Reading the phrase on n400 vs I751 got me wondering 🤔
on n400:
"this notice along with your permanent resident card, is evidence of your lawful permanent residence status for 24 months..."
on I751:
"this notice along with your conditional resident card, is evidence of your lawful permanent residence status for 48 months..."
Does this mean that upon filing n400 with a pending I751, the 24 months supercedes the 48? What happens if the 24 months pass and n400 is still being reviewed? Has anyone been in this situation?
I’m filing a Mandamus of Writ lawsuit
I’m filling a mandamus of writ lawsuit in January. Did anyway have any success before with that? I’ll assign an attorney in January. I’ve given up on all this crap. I’ll just pay $5,000 and be done with this crap. it’s bunch of BS that they give you. I’ll assign the best attorney I can find. this is getting ridiculous and I wasted two years of my life waiting on stupid security checks… I’m done waiting… I’ll see an attorney on Monday and start the process in January.

How accurate is it if Emma says your i-485 interview was waived ?
For people who found out through Emma that their interview was waived, how accurate was it ? were you later called for an interview or did you eventually get approved without an interview? Emma just told me today that my interview was waived on 07/12/23, however yesterday a live agent I spoke to on the phone said she couldn't see/tell if my interview was waived. I just want to know how accurate this information of the waived interview is.
