Case Transferred to Local Field Office
Hello Everyone,
My Combo Card was approved last December 28, 2023 under the documents tab and I just spoke with the live agent via ASKEmma today and she said my I-485 has already been transferred to my local field office. Does that mean I will get an approval for my I-485?
Hope someone can share their experience. Thank you in advance

Congresswoman’s response from USCIS
So I had my congress woman inquire and submitted an expedited request on my case and this was the response she got. what does it mean. I’m a little confused.
“Thank you for your inquiry regarding this constituent’s immigration matter. We have requested to have this case be routed for expedited processing. Once this case is reviewed, your constituent will receive a decision or notice of further action. Due to the extremely high volume of expedite requests for this case type, there are numerous cases involving exigent or humanitarian issues already in the expedite queue, and we are unable to provide a specific timeframe for the expedited review. The strict enforcement of the expedite criteria means that all cases sent for expeditious handling are urgent, and we assure you that this case will be adjudicated as soon as possible.”

I filed the i-130 petiton on behalf of my wife on june 2022 and we attended the interview on nove 2023 and the office handed the notice at end of interview so what will the next step??

No answer over a year later
hello everybody,
I filed in dec 2022 and I didn’t even received the work permit yet.
My lawyer says we just have to wait..easy to say..
I wake up every day hoping for an update…they approve cases from 2023 and just ignore cases from 2022?:(

Still waiting for Visa Interview appt
Documentarily Qualified with NVC as of 9/20/2023, still waiting for notification of interview appointment at Consulate Ciudad Juárez. Doing electronic processing. Anyone know what the appointment email send address comes from? So afraid my husband will miss this email…having recurring nightmares of missing the appointment and having to start all over again :(
