did they require you to file a waiver the second time ? and also why u had 2 separate interview for i485 and i130

@brian tov I wasn’t asked to file a waiver. The divorce certificate that caused the problem was filed and issued in absentia by the ex so I don’t know anything about it. When the issue came up, my hubby advised that I do a new one here. We remarried and started the AOS process again.We went for only one interview on April 24th.

@Pinky Taylor I’m yet to get the card, but I heard it takes like 2 -3 wks now
