AOS Expected time
PD 2010, EB3 India. Filed 131,765,485 in June 2023 (Texas). medicals sent with application. Biometrics done in July 2023. Got EAD (not combo) in September 2023. Case transfer to NBC on December 26th.
Friends tell me any day now. Lawyers tell me 18-24 months. No idea what to think. So frustrating.
Anyone else who has a current PD and filed around the same time? if you got approval in last month or so then you will give me hope :-)

Hey everyone, my case submit in March 10, 2023 I receive RFE in August I send them back in September my I 765 and I 131 approve by October
I just check with Emma a few days ago what’s going on with my i 485 she told me my case transfer to local, office San Fernando Valley in my interview waived
I need wait alsmot 4 month after RFE anyone now how long this cab take ?? after RFE to got approve ? after transfer

Interview letter received on 9/14/2023:
letter said Embassy interview is scheduled for 11/27/2023…
11/27/2023: Interview at US embassy in Ivory Coast… Interview went well and passport was kept but white slip was given asking for more documents to be provided and uploaded.
11/27/2023: all documents were uploaded on ceac
11/30/2023: embassy asking for same documents to be uploaded
12/5/2023: received email from embassy asking for the same documents again to be uploaded.
from 12/6 to 1/2/2024 it was just emails exchanged between embassy and myself asking for random documents to be uploaded
1/4/2024: case status changed from refused to administrating processing
1/8/2024: visa was issued
Thank you God for everything !!! this process has been very difficult and frustrating at time but to you all the glory.

MY VAWA WAS APPROVED 8 MONTHS AGO But
My case with VAWA was approved in May of 2023 , in the letter they said they will mail my EAD card separately which I never received. I went ahead and applied for my green application and USCIS gave me an administrative closer letter because before my VAWA application I had a Court hearing which was postponed many times until it was temporarily closed. so I did the motion to re-calendar my previous case and it’s where I have the question . how long does the court take to re-calendar a case and get a hearing.
so I have an approved VAWA but no green card until a court hearing is scheduled.
help me please if you been through this.
Still nothing should I keep the hope?
how longer do you all think it will take ? 😞
