salut tout le monde, comme vous pouvez le constater, mon dossier est déja à 335 jours, et jusqu'à présent aucune réponse de la part de l'USCIS. Je me demande si il y a pas un problème, SVP aidez moi
Je sais qu'il peut y avoir embrouteillage cause de cumule de dossiers enregistrés pour le mois de janvier, mais je sens que ça a trop duré, comprenez que là ou je vis est en ultime périle, ma vie est en danger

hey guys, my wife filed the i130 and our case number was sent back in August, what is the current timeline for the i130, our case is currently at Potomac service centre, we are just really hoping I will be there for good for Christmas in 2024, I wish you all a merry christmas from Australia and stay strong to those who aren’t seeing their partner for Christmas this year. 🇦🇺🇺🇸 #i130 #timeline

I got my 10 year green card and my husband has been mistreating me, disrespectful all the narssistic behaviors that I have endured God knows I have had enough, he has threatened to end marriage many times even before I got my green card ,telling me to go back to my country that he does not like me, always controlling, manipulative God knows I have had enough my mental health is not ok am only in surviving mode because I don't have finances enough to rent a good apartment and start all over , also I don't want his friends and familyto think like I married him for green card, which is not the case I came here because I love him but he's been so abusive emotionally and mentally that am at my breaking point, I want to leave but I dont have money he has mentioned of divorce etc he always do that to scare me now I am making my mind to leave but I want him to give me money for a start in this expensive country. I don't need his house or money help. am living afraid one time I thought of calling police because he was getting out of control, I can't believe as old as he is behaving like a child
