EB1 India priority date in march 2024 Bullitine
Any predictions/guess , what will be the EB1 AOS date upcoming march Bulitine for India ?

ya need to wait 3 plus years is my guess as I am seeing more past PD portings @my moto

April visa bulletin may have some movement

Considering the number of portings from EB2/3 to EB1, I’m expecting it will go back to 2017-18

@V M expecting the same, but also see gap in 2021 and 2022 as majority of PD in this area seems to be approved last year. so migjt retrogress but once it bounce back may be in a year or 2 it goes to 2023 directly is my estimate (again it depends on number portings during this period)

@V M if there are many porting cases how last quarter jumped from 2019 to 2021 ?

@my moto: There is atleast a dozen individuals that I knew from my connections who filed under EB1 by moving out of the country in managerial position for a year or two under EB2/3 and coming back as managers to qualify under EB1. As they are able to retain their PD.
