Wanted to shared my experience as i have been checking this community almost daily after filing my AOS. Short story: I am married to a US citizen and we have been dating for 3 years, got married on last week of November and filed concurrently my I-130, I-485, I-131, I-765 on December 18th, 2023. Got an RFE for medical on the 27th, replied to it on January 9th, delivered on the 10th, USCIS updated the status on the 17th. Yesterday, I saw my I-131 as closed and after checking some post here I went in my I-765 tab and found the combo approval. I bet the I-485 approval should be coming soon too. It has been pretty fast somehow.#485#I-131#ComboCard
L1 to H1
hi, I'm currently on L1A and due for extension in another 8 months. My i140 is already approved with Aug 2023 PD date. i still have 3.5 years more for max out. As the dates got retrogressed and uncertainty on extension, Can I apply for H1B new now and switch to H1? what are the implications in switching?
