I 751 Greencard
Hi, My friend just submitted my I-751 GC removal condition. However, he does not receive the 48mons extension notice by mail. He checked his uscis online account, and he saw the extension pdf file.
Can he just print it (the extension notice) out with his expired green card to travel abroad?

Can you maintain the validity of the GC by coming back to the US every 6mo but only stay for 1-2 days each time?
I’m a US permanent resident with 10 year green card. I have to be abroad for working in another country for 2-3 years but have intent to return to the US afterwards. If I return to the US every 6 months but only stay for one-two days in the country, is that sufficient to maintain the validity of my green card? I will be filing and paying taxes as well as maintaining / investing in my HSA, IRA accounts.
Administrative Processing wait times DS-5535
Is anybody else still stuck in Administrative processing at Djibouti embassy? We had our interview on Oct 3rd for IR1 visa, and they said it would take 60 days to process the DS-5535. It's been more than 90 days now and still no word from the embassy. Our district represantative spoke with the embassy and they give them the same answers. Any idea how long this will take to process? my wife is a Somali citizen.

Please family, If you have a pending I-485 form, are you still required to pay a fresh filing fee for your EAD renewal form? I submitted my EAD renewal form adhering to the 90days rule but just received my package back in the mail now that payment was not provided and a copy of my form I-485 receipt notice is not also included.
If I include the receipt notice of my pending 1-485 form to my package, will it resolve the issue ?
