Hi all, I need your help, My question is I recently found out my wife married someone else in 2018—her first husband—even though they didn't file for divorce. She told me everything at the time, but what are my options now that my marriage will be deemed valid or do I need to file for her first marriage divorce? She is prepared to do so. Could you guys please assist me? My wife and I were married in 2021, and our interview was completed in 2022. However, as of right now, we have received no updates.
Received an RFE for Supplement J, anyone else received it before?
I’m quite confused since EB1 is independent of the employer and we’re not required to file supplement J with i485, so it’s weird that they send an RFE for that. curious if anyone else has experience with this?
I’m eb1-a, i-485 application date is July 19, PD: Jan 2018 which is current since Jan 1st. thanks everyone!
