I submitted case alongside a premium processing fee, uscis received it since 20th December 2023 but they wrote that they received only $700 and didn’t give any account on the premium fee paid. I called uscis several times sent the email, after emails sent to them case status changed to “case is being actively reviewed” and it’s 11 days today since case is new actively reviewed and 29th day since I received a notice that my application was received.
I went to the money order vendor that I used, they said the $700 is taken by uscis but the $2500 is open since Dec 20th
Anyone knows what might be happening ?
VAWA Interview
I'd like to ask fellow applicants about their vawa I-485 interview experiences. lawyer mentioned that the interview typically involves verifying identity (name, address, country of birth, etc.), as well as questions about my spouse (such as her name, birth date, parents' names, dates of divorce and marriage, and our first meeting). Then, the officer might ask some yes/no questions from the I-485 form. Could anyone share the type of questions they were asked during their interview?" Generally, How did the interview go?
