Change in date RFE was received
What does it mean when the date that the RFE response was received changes? We sent my husband RFE response back in August of 2023. It has shown this whole time the same date of August. Today when I logged into his account on USCIS account it says that the RFE response was received today 01/24/2024. Does this mean they have begun working on his case again?

Case taking longer than normal
I have gotten “taking longer than normal” twice, and now back to 4 months. The case was initially at the Texas Service Center but transferred to Potomac a few months ago. Is anyone else in this category?
