Did your I-130 get approved?

My I-130 was approved in 2020 cause my husband was green card holder, now he is US Citizen and we sent my I485 in July 2023. it’s been a long way

Emma just told me that my case is NBC and my interview was waived. I been married for almost 6 years, a daughter together, they have my I693, all the proof, I don’t now what what they are waiting for 😪

Oh, That's too long, Contact your Congressman or Senator and if it didn't work then file writ of mandamus

@V C I would just get my lawyer to file a writ of mandamus. That's way too long

why are people saying this is too long???? 226 days? way too early to talk about suing. I’m at 285 or something and my 485 and 131 are pending… normal

@w s Because the PD was in 2020 and it's not just depend on filing date of I-485

my case started in 2019 I don’t think is normal. please read before you say something @w s thanks @Jesus Casas I already got my lawyer but guess I need another one.
