I-485 Case information finally! Today i had the opportunity to talk with a USCIS real agent by phone and Emma Chat, thanks God I got information about my case.
they said that my I-485 case is with National Benefits Center, it has not transferred to a field office yet, the case is in process and processing normally, the office has waived the interview. There is no additional time needed at this time and the estimated processing time frame for this case is 14 months

I wish he could visit while waiting
I am a US citizen living in the US, my husband is Irish, lives in Ireland. Our I-130 stand alone is still processing, but while we wait I wish more than anything he could visit me in the US. I have been able to go to Ireland to visit him a couple of times for a few days, but with 2 kids and a job, it’s not easy. He has tried several times to get a visitor visa to come over, every time it’s been denied. They have him to go to the Dublin embassy, pay a large fee to be told no in less than 30 seconds, they don’t even let him talk or show documents stating why it’s important to visit, they just look at him and say no not today, you can apply again and pay another fee. We live on FaceTime phone calls together, constantly in contact, this is so so hard. I miss him, my daughters miss him. I guess I understand when they say a spouse isn’t likely to get approved to visit while a visa is processing because they’ll probably not go back and overstay their visa. But why would we let him overstay when we want the green card, we wouldn’t jeopardize it. This is so frustrating. #i-130 #marriagevisa #visitorvisa
Hi All, My employer filed the GC petition for me and my family dated on December 2022. I obtained my EAD and AP in October 2023, but I am still waiting for my family members.
Petition for my family was filed concurrent on Dec 2022 and we competed the formalities for Biometrics and Medical on June-July 2023
I obtained approval on my EAD and AP (combo card; valid for 2 years) in October 2023 but I am still waiting for the approval for my family members. It seems that approval is already past the normal processing time and yet there isn’t any update from USCIS.
Is there anyone out here with similar scenario?
Are current applicants being called out for the interview or being waived off?
Any suggestions on how to expedite the approval process other than raising the case request; will be highly appreciated.
Thanks
