Finally approved after Visa Retrogression!
After a long wait, the approval has finally come. My case went into Case Remains Pending (CRP) last July after the visa bulletin regressed. I became current in January 1st, 2024 and got approved about a month later! Eveyone’s time is coming, hang in there!

Hi community,
Today, I received my EAD card.
I have to travel to my country in 1 month for an important matter, but I haven’t received the advance parole yet. The I-131 and I-485 are still in process.
