USCIS IS GOING BANANAS
It is clear USCIS is going bananas. Because how will your explain that cases with earlier PD as early as July 2022 in CRP are shelved and the ones recently submitted with Oct/Nov 2022 PD are getting approved. it’s crazy tbh

I don’t know it appear to be some structure at least at batch level… inside each batch probably they go random

They do what they want. You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days, it's not expensive, and not a complicated process. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"

in general there is a trend but you are right some times it happen newer batches are faster than older ones

So annoying -im May 22; and still CRP. have friends that go theirs apporved in 4months !

honestly every time I saw someone approved here (before me as I'm still waiting for approval), one of the below condition was met: earlier PD date earlier i485 filing date higher employment based category (I'm crp since Nov 23, filed 485 Oct 23, PD Oct 22, EB2, row)
