I received an RFE because they didn't see the Hepatitis B vaccine in the medical report, but it was in the vaccine report section. What is the best way to place the report of that vaccine in a medical report and how to properly respond to this RFE?

I am working on my adjustment of status documents. I was born in a village which come under a Tehsil followed by a district. Due to the recent delimitation in my country, the Tehsil has become the district. in other words, Tehsil is now the main city. All of my documents have the previous district name on it except the birth certificate because I recently obtained the copy of birth certificate. Since I must submit the birth certificate during the adjustment of status, what should I do? should I use the previous district name or the new district on green card documents? In either case what supporting documents shall be useful to avoid any confusion or delay in the adjustment of status? I can obtain the affidavit of delimitation of the district. thanks,

3 years rule for LPR (vawa)

Hi everyone, I got my green card approved in December ‘23, then I got married last month. I contacted my lawyer to start the petition for my husband but my lawyer said that we need to wait (either 3 years or until I became citizen) because I got my green card through marriage (I got it from Vawa, so I don’t know if that makes a difference with that 3 years rule) I have read in some forums that that law doesn’t apply to green cards through Vawa. Also, I read that I can apply if I can prove that the previous marriage was true. Does anyone knows anything about this? Thank you in advance!! #vawa #greencard

Hi everyone! We finally got approved!! Im absolutely grateful and in shock while typing this!we still cant believe it… thank you so much to everyone whose supported us with all the inquiries we had ❤️ and i pray everyone gets approved soon too! We all deserve to be with our loved ones Here is our timeline to help someone who requires assistance My husband applied for the i130 petition on September 30th 2022 (LPR) Active review 1 - 30th Nov 2022 Huband applied for citizenship N400 Nov 2023 Got our N400 approved and interview schedule notice on Jan 10th 2024 Interview was held on Feb 15th 2024 Active review 2 - Feb 18th 2024 Oath ceremony was scheduled for March 8th 2024 (Tip: My husband went and spoke to one of the supervisors there after the oath asking them if they can look into our i130 petition to upgrade from F2A to IR1) … tip is to speak to someone who can help you with it Active review 3 - March 9th 2024 I130 approval - March 9th 2024 (our notice used to say LPR, the approval notice mentioned ‘husband or wife of US Citizen’ (USCIS account still says ‘case is being actively reviewed’ but the document tab had the approval notice Now awaiting for NVC We are absolutely grateful to god and everyone whose supported us on this journey and we really hope this information helps others as well!
