3 years marriage for citizenship and tax filing status issue
hi everyone,
i filed for my 10 years green card last year and my case is still under review. currently, i have reached my 3 year mark to apply citizenship through my marriage.
we do have a couple of joint stuffs proving our bonafide marriage but the issue is that when it comes to tax year, my wife refuses to file seperately and jointly and always files as head of household
what do i do to be eligible for the citizenship? how do i come out of this mess? any help is appreciated.

*Edit, we started at the Nebraska center -> Vermont -> Texas -> California . We were moved all around prior to a decision. Don’t forget to consult legal resources to help advocate for you. We received an idiotic RFE and got approved 3 weeks after. *

Just when I thought I was done. not yet.
Had my n400 interview at Newark today. passed it with breeze. I was informed by the officer that there will be nomore same day oath ceremony due to “staff meeting”. while I was waiting to called for the interview, the room was filled with people waiting to be sworn in. Around noon they called everyone and that was it it for the day.
anyhow, passed my n400 so now another waiting game AGAIN for the oath ceremony. just when I thought I was finally done. SMH #n400
