So Anxious Waiting For All this While Without Updates
Hello community, after receiving a notification regarding the receipt of my case for the past 143 days, I have not had any updates. I am so anxious about what is happening to my case. Is there anyone who is experiencing the same situation especially within the same timeline. I will appreciate you comments and what I need to do. Thanks.

where are my May 2023 people at?
I’m feeling discouraged. how many May 2023 people are out here with 130 showing as “received” and have already had an RFIE on the 485? I feel like my case got thrown in the “ignore” pile while I’m seeing October 2023 approvals starting already. 😭

Does your employer and their lawyer intentionally delay GC process ?
Naive question maybe. Do you ever wonder that if you are working via a consultancy who makes money 20-40% from your salary, and they file your green card via their lawyer. Then is it possible that they "intentionally" delay things ? My lawyers filed my application in feb 2023, which uscis rejected, claiming my PD wasn't current, which it was. In fact it was 6 month earlier.
Then they "accidentally" opened medical envelope from uscis returned docs, got me to re send it, which wasted 2 months cuz i had to get new vaccines. And now i am wondering if there is an angle there cuz my employer knows once i get green card, i will run to find a permanent role.
How many of you work via a consultancy and got green card real fast or real slow ?
